I’m a wife, mom to two great young men, very (young ;) proud grandma, longtime entrepreneur, community volunteer and REALTOR® who has called this part of Alberta home for most of my life.

I grew up in Cochrane and now live in the Water Valley/Cremona area, where my husband and I raised our family and have operated our powder coating business for more than 17 years. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I was also a real estate investor, buying and selling nine homes in 13 years and developing two acreages from the ground up. I’ve been on both sides of the transaction plenty of times, and I understand that buying or selling a home is rarely just about the house.

I’ve now been in real estate for over 10 years, and rural real estate has become my specialty. I know a weird amount of stuff about houses and rural properties, and I mean that in the best possible way. After years of attending home, well and septic inspections, walking acreages, looking at land, shops, outbuildings and older homes, I’ve developed a pretty keen eye for the things that can matter when buying or selling outside of town.

I work throughout Water Valley, Cremona, Cochrane, Carstairs, Sundre, Olds and rural Mountain View and Rocky View Counties, as well as Calgary when my clients need me there. I’ve personally lived in Cochrane, Calgary, Red Deer, Sundre, Olds, Innisfail and rural Mountain View County, so my knowledge of this area comes from much more than a map. I've been lost and found my way and don't use the tagline "trust someone who knows the backroads" lightly!

And while I love working throughout the foothills and along the Cowboy Trail, Water Valley will always be a little extra special to me. I live here, volunteer here and know the community inside and out. If you’re considering moving here, I won’t just show you houses.
